This robust structure measures 9.7m wide by 14m long and showcases stunning hand-hewn timbers. Featuring four bents and three bays, the layout includes dimensions of 5.4m x 9.7m, 3.6 x 9.7m, and 4.8m x 9.7m . The tie beams boast a solid 25.4cm x 25.4cm size, while one side of the barn highlights a remarkable 30.5cm x 56cm swing beam supporting smaller sleeper logs from the original hayloft. Crafted from a mix of hand-hewn timbers harvested directly from the property, this frame remains in excellent condition, having been well-maintained by its current owner. Still standing, the barn is available for viewing—don’t miss this piece of history!
