Services
Design
Together with our Architectural partners we offer an Architectural service, working with you to develop a concept design that can be taken through to the Development Application (DA) process. If you already have an Architect, we are happy to collaborate with them. Our extensive range of barn materials, including reclaimed siding and flooring, can be seamlessly integrated into your project to enhance its character and authenticity.
Architectural Partners
We collaborate with renowned Architectural partners who specialize in projects like yours. They take the time to understand your vision, highlight what’s most important to you, and maximize the beauty of the barn frames and reclaimed materials in a way that feels natural and timeless to ensure that your Barn home is unique and functional.
Build Partners
Whenever possible, we recommend working with one of our trusted Build partners. These professionals have experience with our barn frames and understand how to construct around and within these historic structures. They are skilled in working with timber and take a thoughtful approach to preserving old structures while subtly incorporating modern elements.
Interior Design Consultation
The reclaimed materials from our barns can add an incredible sense of authenticity and warmth to your project. From original siding repurposed as internal or external cladding, ceiling linings, extra post and beams for structural or dress elements to flooring, custom cabinetry and staircases, these materials create a truly unique aesthetic.
Our in-house Interior Design service is tailored specifically for barn projects, with a deep understanding of texture, patina, spatial planning, and flow. We often collaborate with Architects early in the design process to optimize space and ensure the barn frame and materials are used to their fullest potential.
Sourcing
If you’re looking for a specific barn or material that isn’t listed in our collection, we can assist in sourcing it for you.
Custom Timber Framing
We meticulously craft new timber frames using the historic Hand Hewn timbers. This is often used for verandah areas, new homes where the client wants something specific in size and design or smaller structures.
We can also offer a series of trusses.
